At Elwood 101, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain exclusions apply to sale items and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return request and receive your unique Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include a copy of your invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our Melbourne warehouse address provided in the authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
